She's been streets ahead of most pundits - male or female - in her analysis for years and (although I'm sure yours in tongue-in-cheek JB!) it's kinda staggering that such neanderthal attitudes to women being knowledgeable about football still exist in 2026. Or maybe it isn't? As some people seem to be almost revelling in being dragged back to the 1970s - certainly by certain politica parties - along with their knuckles...

I haven't seem much of the World Cup as I don't really do international football, but I'd listen to Emma Hayes talk sense about football over pretty much any other pundit/"analyst" on TV.
