i watched that too - brilliant match, both players a little unconventional at the top level and refreshing to see.

Was pleased for Chwalińska, only there via the qualifiers and now, deservedly, into the final.

the Polish girl Chalinska and the Russian girl Scnaider. Enthralling from start to finish. Chalinska won a thriller with some of the best drop shots followed by lobs I've seen since the days of Rosewall, Hoad, Laver et al. I'm always rooting for Poland so good luck in the final Maja. 🇸🇬
