Long-term vision is that this would take effect for any fixture involving top-of-the-league vs bottom-of-the-league, but they could trial it in cup ties with a gap of at least two divisions.
Obviously screamers are subjective so this would necessitate the formation of a Screamer Adjudication Panel.

They'd measure the number of goals scored and then give marks up to 20 for style. Of the five given marks, the lowest and the highest don't count.
So, if for example we are leading against the Shite or ManU with a goal to nil AET, the judges could still change the result because the other team has had better style. This would also please the EPL.
