The season we had Yakubu fit, we finished high up, 5th?

Other than that, have we ever had an actually good striker under Moyes?

I personally feel that if we had a good striker we would have ben top 8 this season, even if everything else was the same. Bournemouth, Brighton, palace etc have them - why can't we? Why do we have Barry and Beto and not Mateta, for instance. if we could get one of them then everyone who is negative would stfu or a while and then they'd get used to 7th or 8th and be moaning we're not CL.

I don't think Moyes is brilliant, I don't think we couldn't better, but it is very complex and risky. I think if we got, say, Lukaku on his first couple of seasons with us - we would be 4-7 places higher.
