If its a subconsciouse or at times consciouse bias from individual decission makers, because they know for all sorts of reasons they get more heat if they get a big club decssion wrong....then thats an even more complicated fix, mostly around training Id guees? Id imagine you probably find the same bias accross all high profile team sports everywhere.
