I think there is a slim set of circumstances that 9th gets a conference league spot

If Villa win the Europa and finish exactly 5th, there would be 6 CL teams, 2 Europa and 1 Conference position given to league positions

So that’s probably gone now

(Even that is assuming Chelsea don’t win the cup)
