it's obvious (I think) that they're uh, not entirely impartial.

It's also obvious that endless tinkering with the rules (and players imported from quite different football cultures) has left vast grey areas untouched by agreed and clearly understood precedent where they can do whatever they want.

It's additionally obvious that cash, psychopathy and rigorous data assessment have led to a state of affairs where not gaming the system until the pips squeak is suicidal.
