then they won 7 of their next 9 games
Then they didn't win any of their next 7 games
Then they won 5 in a row
But yes our fans wouldn't cope with that

The very short version is Iraola is high(er) risk, high(er) reward. Glassner is closer to Moyes's style.
I think entertainment-wise Iraola wins hands down but apart from that it's more a question what club wants going forward. Is this pragmatic style what the club should play for at least the next five years? Because I think if either Moyes or Glasner is in ultimately in charge of transfers next summer their profile will be quite different from Iraola's. Iraola's team would need pace and stamina, while the other two are looking more at discipline.
In terms of changes to team Iraola would need more changes. I can't see Tarkowski and Keane starting together, or it would be suicide. Need for pace at the back is critical. On the other hand someone like Röhl could thrive, as might Iroegbunam. Not sure if Grealish would be the right profile tho.
What I think is most impressive with Iraola is how he handled losing key players last summer. I also think he has developed players better than either of the other two and for Everton going forward this would, IMO, be almost critical.
High-octane styles always have the risk that if other clubs figure it out it turns into a disaster especially if manager is stubborn. We haven't seen this with Iraola yet, currently they have four wins in five. Has there been any difficult situations in Iraola's career so far? Every manager eventually have them due to injuries, loss of form etc and I think these are most telling. Unless we consider Iraola losing half his first team for a combined 250 million pounds last summer. Yet they could qualify for CL.
If owners want team to play different style it would be wiser to make the change now. Squad is still not complete but after this summer it should be pretty close to that. Changing the composition after that is much slower and takes a lot of time. There is no point in handing Moyes 100 million and planning to replace him with someone with a totally different philosophy next year. So keep Moyes, then the next manager should be a good fit with Moyes's team.

Take from it what you will:
Branthwaite - Over in Germany and is responding well. Belief that he may get in the bulk of preseason if he continues on his current recovery path.
Iraola - According to his concrete source, if we approached Iraola re: managers job then Iraola would be willing to have the conversation. Palace are clearly in but he is in no rush right now to commit to them. The Bobble however says he does not have any info as to whether TFG would have an interest in him or not.
Wilson - Leaving Fulham on a free at the season end. We still hold an interest in him after our interest in January and have expressed that to his agent.
Preseason - Not new news but European destination is likely.
Regarding Iraola - What would you do?
