Our new owners are not investing millions on a whim, they will want a return on their investment and that means success on the pitch.... managed decline is not an option given their spend.

Everton have been through a managed decline for decades thanks to Chairman Bill and his ego. Its time to move on and step up, money is not the issue and our new ground gives us a great platform to start with.

I expect David Moyes will be told his review date after the season ends and he will be invited to share his thoughts and plans with the Board. I expect questions will be asked about players we bought and hardly used and what his wish list is for the year ahead. The Board will then make a decision as to what happens next, they certainly will not be happy to sit still and probably have a set target of top 6 in their plans.
