...and we're undoubtedly (without checking the stats/xG yadda yadda) creating a lot more chances - and often quality chances - than we have been in recent years. The frustration comes when you see the incredibly skilful Iliman Ndiaye hitting shots straight at the keeper (this week and last week) when we all know that he is very capable of just slotting them into the top or bottom corners with ease.

We seem to be running out of steam, which isn't overly surprising given our exertions this season, but yes, we've got decent options on the bench for when that happens, and I think it's reasonable to wonder why they aren't coming on sooner when they are a like-for-like swap for players that are clearly fatigued.

Frustrating for sure, but wherever we end up this season, things are a lot better all round, and we're looking up rather than down.
