He has looked raw at times but currently has the same number of premier league goals from open play as Calvert-Lewin and heard plenty of times that we made some catastrophic error letting him go.
We have been short of a third striker option all season and so seems sensible to add another and see if he develops any further that’s assuming he keeps putting in the effort these last few games, if the penny has not dropped and he sulks or starts to amble aimlessly about again then I think Moyes will be showing him the door sharpish
