I don't think it has lived up to anyone's expectations
It cost £1200 - its gone up to £1250
They are trying to give us a different offering but I don't think it works
We get a £10 credit on food/drink but we can't get food items that are on sale in the rest of the ground ie chicken and chips
With the £10 credit and drink promotions then they are obviously trying to get us into the ground early but there is nowhere to seat - earlier in the season there was nowhere to even rest your drink so you had to eat a pie whilst holding your pint - they have at least put ledges in.
They have live music - I don't want live music - if I go early it's to chat to my mates
However for me Club View was an afterthought
The capacity is 3000 but the concourse isn't built for 3000
I spoke to a lad in marketing 12 months ago and he said Club View take up had proved to be very popular and they thought they had maybe under priced it
The fact it's gone up less than in other areas probably shows they hadn't under priced it
They are giving us padded seats next year and like you we were previously unable to resell our seats back to the club but from next season we will be able to
The take up will be interesting

Village Street has improved, they added a lot more seating in at the Chelsea game and it’s been a whole lot easier to get a seat since, the staffing levels are far better now and it’s rare that I have to wait to get served for food or drink before or at half time, the food is slowly improving so they are listening and changes are being made. Toilets wise there’s queues at half time but never normally more than 8 or so people so it moves quick.
I still think there will be lots who give theirs up, some of the issues (especially the seats) took too long to improve but you can’t swap it for a normal season ticket elsewhere in the ground so it’s keep your hospitality or nothing.
The views of the match from the seats are fantastic, probably the best of any ground I’ve ever sat in and it’s a really good social vibe inside the area itself.
If they can make a few more tweaks to the food and improve that by 15-20% in terms of quality and weirdly not enough hand dryers in the bogs, maybe some extra hot drinks machines, but otherwise I can’t really find too many faults anymore.
My biggest gripe is not being able to resell my tickets when I have a spare one, this is has been a challenge with all the midweeks and Mondays we’ve had but I also understand the agreements and commercials we have with SeatUnique and that it wasn’t communicated before purchase.
Generally its a 8/10 for me and 9/10 is within easy reach, I do know however that a lot of people have higher expectations for the price of it but when you compare it to other offerings at other events its fairly priced and if you compare it to the World Cup its a fucking bargain!!!

certainly the ones I know or know of
Probably ok if you like to drink but in certain areas you aren't even guaranteed a seat in the lounges beforehand
I believe they are intending to have a lot more ex players in the hospitality areas next season amongst other things

I’ve heard a lot of people with hospitality saying they won’t renew, but that might change when they can’t keep their seats.
I think a few will just want to have done the first season ?

I joined the waiting list a few months back, so I'm assuming slim to zero...
