McNeil was anonymous in the Derby but had been on good form before that, think he's hit another wall either mentally or physically.
Based on that form most would still have picked him.
Only after Monday night do I see what Tim can offer, first 15 I was frustrated with him as he miss controlled the ball and failed to pass it to a teammate. Then he started running, sliding and tackling. Will cut him slack now as he can be our destroyer and not expect him to be a perfect footballer. Previous Message
If we played that team in the derby do you think we would we have performed better and won ?
For me, Rohl instead of McNeil would have made a huge difference and Tim would have added more aggression in midfield.
