Thierno looks a write off - well Thelwell was shit at buying strikers, so I wouldnt expect him to have done better.
KDH = decent signing
Dibling = who fucking knows. Moyes clearly doesnt rate him, and maybe the lad can only perform for Southampton. But we dont know, because he doesnt get a game. He might be a huge financial loss when sold, or he might be a good player under a different manager. If Moyes stays, he probably will be a bad signing.
Rohl = who knows, has looked tidy enough when played
Grealish had 6 assists and 2 goals, in half a season = 12 assists, 4 goals wouldnt look so bad over a full season.
Aznou - again who knows.
I think Jake OBrien is a good example to consider (when thinking of Dibling, Aznou, Rohl)
Jake was signed by Thelwell, barely got a look in, was assumed - wtf - he looked like a waste of money.
Dyche goes and Jake gets a chance under Moyes and looks good - if Dyche had stayed, Jake would look like a waste of money and probably would have gone last summer.
So was OBrien a good signing, and Dyche a bad manager? Or a bad signing because not what Dyche wanted / needed ?
The only 'bad' signing last summer seems to be Barry, as he's had game time and doesnt look the part at all. The rest who knows.
Iraola might turn Dibling into Kvaratskhelia
When it comes to signing our next striker, I'd not want anyone who has been employed at Everton in the past decade, to have any input :D
