I do tend to give the incumbent manager my full support.
I certainly did this with Dyche.
He managed to get the best out of the squad of players he had when he took over.
He steered the club to safety during two separate relegation battles in the 2022–23 and 2023–24 seasons.
Because of our financial situation, a number of attacking players were sold which he can’t have been happy about.
He was asked to front up to the press on every occasion on his own. The results started to dis improve and the football was not particularly attractive.
He got stressed out and basically volunteered to resign before he was sacked.
Moyes came in under the TFG ownership and was able to buy some attacking players, including Jack Grealish and KDH. This has given the team a level of confidence and options going forward.

Not only that but we constantly told me that no other manager could do a better job than Dyche with the players at his disposal. Moyes proved you wrong with we are much better with practically the same set of players and Dewbury Hall.
Iraeola has been working in the PL for three straight years so can hardly been considered flavour of the month.
If Moyes stays so be it, we can continue to be midtable for the next three years and nothing else. Previous Message
They wanted, and got, a young upcoming manager. Think they are regretting it now.
I am also sure the bulk of neutral fans would have thought Frank would have been a great success at Spurs given the fantastic job he did at Brentford.
Iraeola is the current, young, flavour of the month.

He'll need to rally both the team and the club. Europe is still possible but we need a win against West ham and anything less could mean a bottom half finish. Also need to freshen things up. If Beto is out maybe give Geroge or even Dibling a chance up front. Barry is a goner as far as I'm concerned.
Maybe its time for Alcaraz or Rohl to see some proper minutes.
Finally, and I know others will disagree, but I hope we inquire if Iraeola ia interested in becoming our manager.
