You cant say someone like Dibling wouldnt make a differance over McNeil when he is never given a chance. I'm very happy with the work Moys has dne but my biggest gripe is that some players just seem undroppable, no matter how bad they play.

I dont see that, the problem is lack of depth and quality in key positions, not selecting the wrong players.

He'll need to rally both the team and the club. Europe is still possible but we need a win against West ham and anything less could mean a bottom half finish. Also need to freshen things up. If Beto is out maybe give Geroge or even Dibling a chance up front. Barry is a goner as far as I'm concerned.
Maybe its time for Alcaraz or Rohl to see some proper minutes.

Finally, and I know others will disagree, but I hope we inquire if Iraeola ia interested in becoming our manager.
