It was so much fun when you didn’t know the brazilian and argentinian players in advance. Remember how exotic the 1982 Brazil was? Zico, Socrates, Junior, Eder. I was blown away. That was entertainment.
The Eder goal where the ball went through the legs of Socrates and Eder chipped it up to himself and thundered it in goal will always be the best goal I’ve seen. Never be matched.
