Plus we're a club now where he can grow with us. Him and JoB could be superb together if Moyes ever gives them a chance.

fans are fickle, me included. And Moyes has made mistakes like everyone else, he can be frustratingly stubborn. Sticking with Gana when most are crying out for KDH and Garner being our midfield two has been a massive bugbear - but the results point to him calling it right, in the short term at least. Playing people out of position and being extremely cautious with younger players are fair criticisms too but again, we're 8th in the league. 8th, and in the hunt for Europe after years of battling relegation. It's pretty impressive, whichever way you slice it - obviously a stable ownership and new stadium have played a part too.
For me, the big turning point in this season has been Branthwaite coming back. He's a phenomenal defender, key to much more solid displays and results. I just hope we get at least one more season out of him before he moves to a more glamorous club and becomes England captain.

I'm a few days later than planned due to work/life distractions, and as I don't like occurring events to influence the poll as it's happening I'll end this poll around 12pm tomorrow before the team news starts to leak.
Last time out, all the way back at the start of January, Moyes recorded a satisfaction rating of 6.18. This reflected a fourth straight poll to poll decline in support, which was a worrying trend for sure.
Since then, we exited the cup at the first hurdle, and our home form remained concerningly bad as we missed our African stars. At the same time our away results elevated the club gradually up the table, before two home wins, including an impressive last outing against Chelsea, has led to some pundits including Everton as potential Champions League spot contenders.
Where does the run since January leave David Moyes in the eyes of the fans? Do they see clear progress under the Scot, or remain frustrated at his often dour tactics, and his team selections and reluctance to give promising players a chance even off the bench?
