I saw game in a pub in West London - and the reaction was universally - 'typical Pickford no brains...'. Sadly i had correctly predicted the outcome of his joining the attack...
Given he is Ingerland's No.1 - lots of fans are focused on him...as s/o pointed out here- he offers no threat on a corner so was a shame he bothered...
