So just before we win the corner (Arsenal broke aware and score), Keane has two arms wrapped around him in the penalty box.

Very clear and obvious.

Unable to jump for the ball.

Turns and complains to the ref.

Why is that not a penalty?

Why did not VAR not pick that up.

Can you now completely bear hug your opponent in the penalty box ??
