We're three or four first team starters away from having a very useful squad indeed that could seriously compete in the upper echelons.
Fuck the rest of them, focus on ourselves and our quietly exciting (albeit erratic at times) progress. Encouraging signs which can be built upon.

Because it would mean that he has finished above the other managers who seem to be over achieving (Andrews/Silva/De Bris) and Emery won't finish top 2.
Interesting to speculate on whether next season we are as likely to finsih this high though. What are the odds that Spurs and Newcastle are as poor next season ??
Looking at the table it seems that we shouldn't judge things when we are on a hot run. But I can't see us having a better opportunity to gatecrash Europe. Fun times. Previous Message
