It shows he really cares. I prefer that to him sitting on the bench chewing gum and looking uninterested

Not to say he shouldn't be in the U-23s. But the head in hands reaction shouldn't be the reason

He should be playing for the U23's he is not ready mentally or physically for playing at this level. Head in hands for thirty minutes, seriously? If missing sitters affects him so badly then he's not cut out for football at this level.
I love Everton strikers and always want to get behind them but he is as bad as I can remember, at least when we had Barlow and Anichebe etc there were other options. Beto is shit but at least he has the right mentality so for me play him and take Barry out of the spotlight.
