also got to admit DS's free kick was incredible, almost like a golf slice but done deliberately (I assume). Starts off straight and then lurches wildly right into the top corner before Donnarumma can even think about where to move.

I think we need to separate the two fouls. Once Haaland has pulled back Szob you cannot allow that goal to stand because he’s stopped the covering defender from clearing the ball.
So at that point he’s saying, ok the advantage I played has ended - because advantage doesn’t mean free rein to do what you want - so now I’m going back to the first offence.
If Haaland hadn’t have pulled Szob then he clears the ball and the ref gives the first free kick and a red card, so he’s got to the same outcome.
