I'm not sure I agree, if he's saying this whilst at the same time telling him not to take risks, not to give the ball away and suchlike then Dibling might be forgiven for thinking that he can't win.

Moyes is the one managing the team and I think encouraging a bit more tenacity is reasonable, I just don't think doing it via the media is the best way.
