Think there's a LOT of added benefits to having him that make it worth pushing the boat out on wages for him, as we strive to be more marketable / visible to sponsors, supporters and potential signings.
But that said, there's a limit.

I think it would be a bit rash to go beyond 15m for him, and Moshiri like to go to 20+.
Similarly with his wages, don't go nuts. Would 140/150 keep him as happy as he claims he is at Everton?
City won't want him hanging around, if he wants to come he'll need to make it clear we're his only option.
