Replacing him will hopefully provide a better chance of finishing as high up the table as we are capable of, adding extra money to the coffers, raising our profile and then attracting better quality players in the summer. Not replacing him reduces the chances of all of that.

Moyes has spoken about being turned down by numerous players last summer.

Could be multiple bones broken in foot.
Happened in training today, non contact(?)
At least 3 months out but need to wait for swelling to subside and then scans to be sure.
