Potter was the head coach of a club with phenomenal recruitment process and policy that gave him constant stream of good players.
Glasner at Palace has improved and nurtered what he inherited and developed the team forward.
As such if it was a decision between the two (Palace version of Glasner vs Brighton version of Potter) Glasner would be more suited to Everton.
I do however believe he's already got the Man United job but we will see.
Funny things happen in football but I think Glasner might be a better manager than Potter was or will be.
