where one might have the barefaced gall to slip into one's own country without state oversight. I'm guessing they don't have access to foreign passport data. That's the only reason I can think of.
Quite revealing about how they think of us, our perceived relative threat to their interests compared to actual non-subjects and the lengths they'll go to to keep tabs on us isn't it?
