away from the Strip (and great places to eat on the strip, too) depending on what cuisine you fancy. No issue anywhere with being a solo male traveler. Lots of shows (but mostly garbage shows unfortunately.) do take a helicopter ride, it’s well worth it. Good golf if you’re into it. The Raiders won’t be playing but the stadium is incredible.

My job is forcing me to take time off. So the best I could do was find a very cheap trip to Las Vegas.
I've never been before and have no interest in gambling. Any recommendations for other things to do that are fun and interesting?
