Harrison/Lindström by Grealish and Dibling
Mangala by Röhl
Young by Aznou
DCL by Barry
Virginia by Travers
Rest are Holgate, Chermiti and Broja.
They played as follows:
Holgate 1 appearance (sub)
Broja 11 appearances (not a single full 90 minutes)
Chermiti 4 appearances (less than one half of football in total)
Alcaraz who I omitted from the first list should cover for Broja & Chermiti.
So Young to Aznou was definitely a downgrade and Barry would be if DCL could have stayed fit. He managed 8 full 90 minutes last season and played for a grand total of 44 minutes of football under Moyes.
But don't you think other replacements were at least the same level? Doesn't mean all have been good but who they replaced were pretty useless so the bar is not high.

But he didn't did he? I just listed 7 players that made significant contributions last season. You've also said elsewhere that we didn't lose anyone of significance and that "he probably kept everyone he wanted to".
Whilst those players may not be anyone's favourites, they all needed replacing. Or do you think we should just play half the season as a five a side team?
Some of them were replaced, some were upgraded, some were not. I don't know who was responsible for all of that (good and bad) and I certainly don't know how much of it was Moyes. I'm not sure Cesc fucking Fabregas would've done much better though.
This is all bananas.
