The club both on and off the pitch. I suspect they’re fearful of upsetting the PL and the big boys who run it after the last few years.

excluding Grealish - there are probably 5 players in this squad that are cast iron starters, no question.
The rest are promising youngsters or players who know the manager doesn't really rate them or are on their way out in one way or another.
So until we bridge that gap we are papering over the cracks in too many areas.
