is that he's a bit of a jack of all trades, good at most things but doesn't excel in any of them. A consistent 7/10 player who won't necessarily catch the eye. I personally think is a great strength when you think about some of the dross we've had to endure watching in midfield over the years. And he's surely only going to get better.

Thought many people regarded Gana as the better player whereas, Garner covers a lot of his mistakes.
He is quick, particularly over the first five yards, rarely loses possession, he is a quick accurate passer, a good reader of the game and a good tackler.
He has struck up a good understanding with KDH and is invaluable to the team imo.

Was a bit 'meh' on him until this season, but he's gone from doing a great job in different positions to controlling the midfield recently. He was the best player on the pitch on Saturday, dominated Gibbs-White and Anderson.

Just wanted to give him his dues because I'm still seeing people saying he doesn't really do that much.
