....according to this page on the club website it should be in the Ticketing section of your account...
...but it's not there - there's nothing to indicate that I'm in or out- it's just not there.
So yeah I guess you'll need to call them - and you probably won't be the only one - make sure you let them know it's missing from the website too

We never opted in to it either last year or this, I think it might be an opt out.
For the Carabao we got an email or something to say when money would be taken and then the match was added to our digital ticket automatically.
I don't think it will be done if the club doesn't have your credit/debit card details though.

I cannot find anywhere on my account about whether we are in auto cup scheme.
I followed FAQs and got as far as ticketing, but no option to select auto cup scheme or not
