we're trying to build stability - replacing the manager on a whim just because a "name" becomes available is going back to the worst days of Moshiri.
I doubt he would stick around for more than a year or two (Ancelotti?) and it would be extremely disruptive to the squad.

If he were to become available over the next few weeks, would you replace Moyes with him?
Personally i'd stick with Moyes. Things seem to be going ok and i don't think the disruption would help.
