In the next couple of years we will have moved on from all the older players, will have stabilised the academy and will be beyond repairing the team and onto incremental improvements. Moyes will probably have earned the right to retire on his own terms and we can look towards a more progressive coach. For now though I am happy with what we have (players and manager) albeit hoping we can add a forward or two and some fullbacks in the January window.

...but any top coach would have seen by now that KDH played further back was the right way to go with him earlier than this, and that O'Brien is wasted at RB - where he is at best ok - and should be a starter at CB, and that Garner is the only player at the club who can play RB.
Spends too much time finding ways of putting older players like Keane and Gueye into the team...and Tarkowski who's been shit all season and could easily have been sent off yesterday as the red mist descended for the umpteenth fucking time.
