Barry was good today and the crowd really supported him, every little thing he did was applauded and the good stuff he did was really celebrated and cheered. That will help him, shame about the goal as that would have been massive for him but for all the talk of Everton fans being negative I though we were excellent today at trying to help the lad out.
Great reception when he came off, but he did well today and deserved it. He looked knackered just before he came off so I think the substitution was at the right time.
He’s had a good week performance wise, the missed sitter apart, if that goes in and today’s isn’t offside, he’d be flying.

Looked dejected when he was hooked. Gana ran over to him and showed him the crowd all around giving him a standing ovation.
I think he’s severely lacking in confidence and needs us all to stick with him.
