Sometimes it’s 10 minutes delayed or so but not enough to cause any troubles.
If you’re with a group and don’t have seats together, carriages C and U are unreserved seating.

What are the usual backup plans if the trains let you down?
I’m guessing try another service to Birmingham or Crewe and get a connection from there?
Driving isn’t an option so want all my contingency plans in place!
