Away games I'll watch until they are winning, but if they're drawing I'll probably turn off for the last ten minutes as a defence mechanism to avoid having to experience the likely inevitable.

It's just too stomach-churning watching them, everything about them, like attending a cult meeting, it makes me feel complicit.

It's probably a form of PTSD for which I at least partly blame Ian Rush.
