He is 25, he looks physically fucked. He's maybe owed a little patience.

Bringing on McNeill last night felt like bringing Tony Thomas or someone on, I cringed, it was such a terrible decision. Whatever he has done in the past he is finished at Prem level, looks a shadow of his former self, IMO he should ship him out in Jan in interests of both parties.
