He's looked decent value for £25m which isn't megabucks by today's standards. We're all looking for simple reasons why this season isn't going all that well, I think the truth is that there aren't any quick fixes that will turn us into a good side. We just don't have a fluent, well-balanced team and that isn't likely to change in the near future.

desperately need new full backs who can get forward. Moyes is obviously telling Myko to do that but it isn't his game. It's great to have players who are comfortable on the ball in Grealish and Ndiaye but we have to be looking towards evolving into a side that can ping it around quickly, our build-up against better sides is laboured at best. Oh, and we need a striker. Apart from that...
