I'm pretty sure Al-Quaeda, various Ayatollahs, and Saddam all said some rhetorically inflated things against the United States. Do you think America's responses to that rhetoric and to the (horrible and monstrous, for the record) terrorist attacks conducted by Al-Quada, the Taliban, and Saddam were justified?
