Especially the one in 91 from open play claim. It may depend on the definition of a 'cross'. For example, does a second ball count (i.e. someone crosses it, it's headed back across goal and is tapped in). To start close from home, by any reasonable definition, six of Everton's nine goals have come from crosses in the PL this season:

Beto, Ndiaye - Wolves
Gueye - Liverpool
Keane - West Ham
Grealish - C Palace

While crossing can be a valid attacking strategy, the direct success rate of converting crosses into goals is relatively low. One study of the English Premier League suggests that, on average, only about 1 in 91 open play crosses leads to a goal.
