I think everyone loves a trip down memory lane and a part of our brain is hard wired to give us a warm nostalgic glow when we do. But I was not expecting that intensity of feeling. Quite unsettling really. I think the advice to embrace it and to take it as a sign of being human is good, and I should think it will fade back into hazy but pleasant memories of the early 90s in due course!

and suddenly get hit with a wave of emotion upon seeing a photo of them? It's completely ridiculous how the mind/heart works sometimes. This is 30 odd years ago FFS!
