Saw a clip of Cadamarteri's derby goal the other day and seeing Gavin McCann hit me like a ton of bricks.
Not that he ever made a profound impact on me. It's just a name I hadn't thought about for decades. So many names. Like tears in rain.

and suddenly get hit with a wave of emotion upon seeing a photo of them? It's completely ridiculous how the mind/heart works sometimes. This is 30 odd years ago FFS!
