Said about 35% of transfer's are a success, im not sure if he meant in the first year or overall.
But that got me thinking I wonder what percentage of managers? The average tenure is 1.4 seasons, 67% end up sacked.
As well as thinking he is a very good manager, thats a big reason why the whispers of Moyes out whispers scare me.
Its one thing to replace a manager who is out of his depth or shit, I dont think even his fiercest critics think that of him.
So when the restless, impatient fans do eventually win, getting an upgrade on Moyes will very much be against the odds, that isnt my opinion, its just a stone cold fact.
