1. What is the problem that they are intended to solve?
2. How will they do so?
I haven’t seen honest or sensible answers to either of those questions yet. So until I do I will oppose strongly.

On the surface, it strikes me as labour shooting themselves in the foot with something that no one asked for, that serves no real purpose.
Am I wrong, is it actually a great idea, or is it just another bit of pointless tit arsing about nonsense?
