It could be on the outside non-political who want to cause chaos but IMO that much more a right wing ideology. Chaos is something that accelerationists want and they on the extreme right of the spectrum. Basically nazis who want to destroy societies so they can seize power.
But yeah, I said "looks like", not that he is for certain. Just what I felt is the most likely case. Young men these days are drawn more to the right towards people like Tate and Fuentes rather than... who would actually be a similar figure from the left?

If there had been even a hint of left-leaning views he would have been labelled a radical leftist and proof how violent left is.

It is frankly remarkable how quickly right wing politicians and media changed their stance. Before he was caught it was death penalty and there was even one prominent guy saying this was their Reichstag moment and they should ban the Democratic party and jail all their leaders.

despite it looking very much like the Charlie Kirk killer's politics are on the extreme right, Trump says he "couldn't care less" about uniting the country and puts the blame for everything on the "radical left" who want "transgender for everyone" while the far right are motivated by nothing more than a desire to stop crime.
