by close of play tomorrow. I suspect they may come in with a lowball offer to test Newcastle's resolve, who presumably want the deal done before making a move for Wissa.
But both might be as they were when the window "slams shut". Hard to have much sympathy for either if they don't get their way after their hard-done-by public statements attacking their current clubs for not allowing them to break their contracts.
