I am trying to remember that, service is actually OK considering

although a 40 minute wait for drinks I had ordered through their app and being told that I had to wait for them to be "put through" again (apparently it was impossible to just get them whilst I was stood at the bar) nearly tipped me over the edge.

It does seem to be the way everywhere nowadays. Capitalism for ya. Not the kids' fault.
