Supporters Clubs will continue to have access to tickets for each home fixture, with applications opening four weeks prior to each matchday, in line with the wider Forever Blue+ Member ballot process. We are now a digital only stadium which means there will no longer be the option of paper tickets. Ticketing prices will now be communicated on a match-by-match basis, and this will now be stated on the ticketing news.
Key Information:
Applications Open from 10am on the Friday four weeks before each home game.
Eligibility: Ticket requests must be submitted by the registered Supporters Club representatives. Each requested ticket must be for a member who is either a Forever Blue+, or a Supporters Club Membership holder within their respective Club. Forever Blue Members can be sent in separately, however, these will not be included in the priority ticket sale window, and these orders can only be taken IF the fixture goes down to the priority window two sale.
Allocation Management: Allocations will continue to be reviewed across the season to ensure availability is balanced fairly. If ballot success rates are impacted by Supporters Club demand, the Club may consider introducing caps or percentage limits on allocations. This will be communicated in advance, if required.
Availability: The main availability for tickets on a match-by-match basis will predominantly be in the Family Area* in the West Lower / North-West corner, the North Lower and North Upper areas. Whilst we appreciate that you might have ad-hoc requests for tickets in other areas of the stadium, we would advise that it’s extremely likely that most tickets allocated will be in the aforementioned areas. *Bookings in the Family Area are for family groups comprising at least one Junior (Under-18) and one Adult per group, and a maximum of two Adults to one Junior in the group.
Submission and Processing: All Supporters Club ticket processing and reservations must be completed within a set timeframe. Full details of deadlines and submission procedures will be shared with Club leads at the start of each sales window. However, all requests must be received by 4pm on the Tuesday. Deadlines must be carefully understood and followed in light of the ticketing processes changing for general admission. Any orders received after the above deadline will not be processed.
Communication: Supporters Club representatives will receive a confirmation email once payment has been processed. Due to the change in ticketing, this now means that ensuring the correct funds are in the account is crucial as we will no longer be able to leave tickets on reserve. All chair-people will have until 4pm on the Wednesday to have the sufficient funds in the account, or they will be released and reallocated. All tickets will be distributed digitally to the chairperson who will then have to distribute these links accordingly to their members. Supporters will then be able to download their ticket(s) to a smartphone to gain entry to the stadium. Our wider Fan Centre team will be able to provide support to any individual Members or Supporters Clubs who might be struggling with this process.
Upgrades and reprints: It is important that your ticketing requests are given with the correct price band. Throughout the season, we noticed that there was increase in upgrade requests and reprints for forgotten cards etc. Upgrades are available, but please provide the correct price bands before ordering as with the change of ticketing, the upgrading process is a lot more complex. Season ticket holders who can no longer attend the game will now need to transfer their tickets to a supporter who holds any paying Membership via the transfer portal.
Ticketing requests: It is the chairperson’s responsibility to ensure that their members are using only one platform to make their ticketing requests throughout the season. Members are more than welcome to enter the ballot rather than ordering through the Supporter’s Club, however it is vital that they do not enter the ballot, as well as the chairperson requesting for them. This will result in cancellation.
